Hip-hop is a collaborative activity involving a team that includes the DJ, the rapper, the breaker, the graffiti artist and a body of knowledge they share. Pick an activity you enjoy (for example: a sports team, a choir, a theater, a neighborhood clean-up, a club) and learn more about what makes it possible for you to participate in it and to be a success. Find out about the history, the roles of everyone who works on it, and the individual elements that make it what it is.
