Sarah Schnell Joins Twin Cities PBS as Vice President of Human Resources

January 19, 2024 (Saint Paul, MN) – Twin Cities PBS is thrilled to announce that Sarah Schnell has joined the organization as Vice President of Human Resources. 

With over 20 years of experience in human resources, Sarah most recently served as Vice President of Human Resources and Title IX Coordinator at St. Catherine University in Saint Paul, MN. In this role, she oversaw all aspects of human resources, and was instrumental in the creation of an institution-wide set of leadership competencies and a corresponding leadership development program. As part of her initiatives at St. Kate’s, she also strategically integrated diversity, equity and inclusion best practices into her work to create a welcoming culture and one of belonging. Sarah has a BA in Government from Lawrence University in Appleton, WI and an MBA from the University of St. Thomas.

Sarah has served as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and is well regarded for her collaborative style. Throughout her career, she has a track record of creating high-performing teams and environments that value diverse voices and ideas. She works to empower individuals and enjoys collaborating with others to create innovative solutions to strengthen organizations. She will work to infuse TPT’s values into the human resources functions and is excited to help accomplish the goals outlined in TPT’s 2030 strategic roadmap.
