The Lost Brothers Book Release & Long Lost Podcast Preview

Thursday, October 24th
6:30 PM

Location:
Twin Cities PBS
172 4th Street East
Saint Paul, MN 55101

Join Twin Cities PBS and the University of Minnesota Press for the launch of Jack El-Hai’s new book, The Lost Brothers. This is the story of one of the oldest known active missing-child investigations: the 1951 disappearance of the three Klein brothers in Minneapolis. An intimate portrait of a parent’s worst nightmare and its terrible toll on a family, the book is also a genuine mystery, spinning out suspense at every missed turn or potential lead, along with its hope for resolution. We will also be previewing the upcoming podcast, Long Lost, hosted by Jack El-Hai and produced by Twin Cities PBS. The podcast is a companion to the book and builds on Jack’s research as the case continues to evolve.

After a short reading from The Lost Brothers and a preview of the companion podcast Long Lost, there will be time for a brief Q&A along with on-site book sales from Subtext Books and an opportunity to get your copy signed.

Drinks and light appetizers will be provided at this event.

Funding for this evening was also provided by Friends of Minnesota Experience.
