Flat jobs numbers, new Justice Kagan & California's same-sex marriage ban is overturned. More

The unemployment rate continues to be stagnant while the Obama Administration and Congress grapple with how to create new jobs. The Supreme Court has a new justice as Elena Kagan was confirmed by the Senate, but a ruling on California's ban against same-sex marriage could take the case to the high court.
