Marine Correspondent Ken Plant shares his story in hopes of helping other veterans.
Ken Plant served in the Marine Corps as a correspondent covering military operations from 1969 to 1974 and joined the the U.S. Army as a public affairs and safety officer in 1983. Ken retired in 2016 but continues to volunteer with organizations focused on serving veterans. Ken is an advocate for speaking out, and shares candid stories of the effects of PTSD and how seeking help changed his life.
