The American Pianists Awards 2019 Gala Finals

Five of America’s most promising young jazz pianists take to the stage to compete in THE AMERICAN PIANISTS AWARDS 2019 GALA FINALS. The elite jazz piano competition in Indianapolis, which has been called the Super Bowl of jazz, is the culmination of a 13-month competition for a fellowship promising two years of career advancement and support. Hosted by NEA jazz master Dee Dee Bridgewater, the program features finalists’ performances with Grammy-winning vocalist Kurt Elling and the Buselli-Wallarab Jazz Orchestra.
