State Of The State 1985

MINNESOTA ISSUES, with host/moderator Arthur Naftalin, is beginning its fifth season this year on Channel 2. Each week Naftalin and two or more guests discuss issues of current importance in city and state government. The exchange is sometimes heated, but always illuminating. Naftalin (a former mayor of Minneapolis) is currently a professor of public affairs at the University of Minnesota.
