Signing On

The film tells the stories of Minnesota Deaf women from the Pink Deafies, the only support group for Deaf breast cancer survivors in the U.S. It provides a rare glimpse into the patient/provider/interpreter challenges, an insider’s view of Deaf culture, and insight into how one family faced the realities of a previously unknown genetic mutation.
