Two leading senators reached a bipartisan deal Tuesday to stabilize health insurance markets under Obamacare. Sen. Lamar Alexander, R-Tenn., and Sen. Patty Murray, D-Wash., said their two-year compromise would fund federal subsidies that President Trump ended last week.
