In our news wrap Tuesday, North Korea rejected a new set of U.N. sanctions over its nuclear and missile programs that banned exports of textiles and capped imports of crude oil. Pyongyang sent a warning to the U.S. but President Trump played down the vote. Also, the prime minister of Bangladesh visited camps sheltering Rohingya refugees and pressed Myanmar to end the violence against them.
