At least eight people are dead and more than a dozen injured after a rented pickup truck plowed into a busy bicycle path near the World Trade Center Memorial in Manhattan on Tuesday. A 29-year-old male has been taken into custody and Mayor Bill de Blasio confirmed that they believe it to be an act of terror.
