Boston Bombing Suspect Arraigned on Federal Charges While Hospitalized
Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, surviving suspect of the Boston Marathon bombing, was formally charged from his hospital bed for conspiring to use a weapon of mass destruction. Jeffrey Brown reports on Tsarnaev's condition, an FBI inquiry on his brother, as well as how the case has leaked into the political debate over immigration reform.
