Eleanor McGough mimics the effects of weather in her large-scale paintings.
Painter Eleanor McGough invites you to participate in the worlds she creates. Working on large substrates that are bolted together to create even larger environments, her paint is splattered and spread across the vast surfaces to mimic weather or other natural forces. Amidst the atmospheric chaos, rest is found in intricate grid-like patterns and the figures of imaginary creatures that dot the landscape.
