Meredith Monks' Paris

A most unusual — and thoroughly creative — half-hour of dance. Meredith Monk, an artist as difficult to label as her work, depicts the city of Paris through a series of bizarre musical arrangements and video dances. Promenades, portraits, and cackling mime faces are all part of her personal evaluation of the City of Lights. This KTCA production is an out-of-the-ordinary artistic expression.
