Learning to navigate our financial systems can be a challenge for New Americans.
Many New Americans arrive from cultures and circumstances that gave them no context for the understanding of the U.S. banking system. Often the bi-lingual children become navigators for their parents as they work through disorientation to understanding. Working together with helpful resources, families can learn about banking and open doors to owning their own homes, starting businesses and more.
AIR DATE 10/10/15
