Chef Loi makes her mom’s recipe for Patates Kokkinistes (Red Potatoes). Chef Cesare Casella joins Maria in her kitchen to make Greek-Italian Kritharaki me Ntomata (Orzo with Tomatoes) and Spastes Patates me Pelte (Smashed Potatoes with Tomato Paste).
