Lisa Sparks and her crew have won many state and national awards for their beautiful pies.
On Highway 31 in rural Indiana, Lisa Sparks, her husband Jim and her crew of bakers have a big beautiful bakery where they produce a lot of baked goods that have earned them recognitions in many pie competitions around the state and the country. They also make Indiana’s official State Pie, the sugar cream, and they have lots of loyal customers.

Bakeries are popular places. They smell great. They are full of wonderful things to eat, from crusty breads to gooey and sweet treats. And they often become neighborhood meeting places, where bakers work hard and where people often leave with good feelings as well as fresh baked goods.
