Two-Tier Wage System Undermines Factory Workers' Prosperity

A concession made by the autoworkers union is undermining factory-workers prosperity.

When the car companies were facing bankruptcy a few years ago, the United Automobile Workers union made a concession that allowed the company to pay new hires about half the hourly wage of existing employees. One of those newly hired workers was Sean Crawford.
