A Detroit retiree must make the tough choice between eating or buying medicine.

Donald Smith worked for the city of Detroit for 29 years. Now that he's retired and living off of a pension, he often has to make the tough choice between eating or buying medicine. If the city decides to freeze or reduce his pension it could spell disaster.
