The special concludes with a surprise finale of “America the Beautiful,” performed by a 100-person chorus gathered in front of a giant, 80-foot American flag. Along the way, the CMT-dubbed “Rock Stars of Bluegrass” perform the heartfelt ballad “I’ll Leave My Heart in Tennessee,” the emotionally driven “Beyond Romance,” a haunting four-part acapella rendition of “Roll Is Called Up Yonder,” and a standing-ovation-worthy cover of the Statler Brothers hit, “Elizabeth. ” Young but seasoned music veterans, Jamie Dailey and Darrin Vincent partnered in 2007 and quickly established themselves as fresh voices in the genre.
