About Dailey & Vincent - Alive!

Multi-Grammy-nominated Dailey & Vincent, backed by their 10-piece band and a full orchestra, perform a dynamic selection of their original songs, Statler Brothers hits and patriotic tunes at the Hylton Performing Arts Center in Manassas, Va. The duo rises to the occasion with energy, humor and virtuosity, to the delight of a wildly enthusiastic audience seated in the European-style opera house. DAILEY & VINCENT – ALIVE!’s opening number, the energetic original song “We’re All Here to Learn,” brings the crowd to their feet. The special concludes with a surprise finale of “America the Beautiful,” performed by a 100-person chorus gathered in front of a giant, 80-foot American flag. Along the way, the CMT-dubbed “Rock Stars of Bluegrass” perform the heartfelt ballad “I’ll Leave My Heart in Tennessee,” the emotionally driven “Beyond Romance,” a haunting four-part acapella rendition of “Roll Is Called Up Yonder,” and a standing-ovation-worthy cover of the Statler Brothers hit, “Elizabeth. ” Young but seasoned music veterans, Jamie Dailey and Darrin Vincent partnered in 2007 and quickly established themselves as fresh voices in the genre. Their powerful vocal blends, Grammy-nominated studio albums, and heavy touring schedule earned them respect among fans and critics of bluegrass, country and gospel alike.
