The Minneapolis Guitar Quartet performs Elassomorph (composed by Stephen Funk Pearson) and the members describe how together they are able to create sounds not normally associated with the guitar. Artist Bio: The Minneapolis Guitar Quartet have been celebrated for their range, with a repertoire of sounds spanning from Renaissance and Baroque to Spanish and imaginative contemporary work. Their recent concert appearances include the Austin Symphony, St. Paul Chamber Orchestra, Britt Festival Orchestra (OR), Minnesota Orchestra and the Columbus (GA) Symphony, among others. The group has produced 4 albums of their own that have all been met with critical acclaim.
