Follow Bonnie Moebeck on bike, John Storkamp on foot and Mark Scotch on skis, as they race the Arrowhead 135 Ultra, a race that requires experience, patience, fortitude and will. They travel 135 miles across the frozen and remote wilderness of northern Minnesota in January. Fully self-supported, athletes are given 60 hours to complete the course with only three checkpoints along the way. The combination of cold, challenging terrain and lack of sleep can conquer even the hardiest and most experienced racers.
The Arrowhead 135 Ultra is notorious for cold and extreme conditions. It has been called one of the 50 toughest races on the planet.
