Box Office Q & A:

When will my tickets arrive?

In general, tickets are sent via US Mail about 2 weeks before the concert. If you are pledging 2 weeks or less before the concert, your tickets will most likely be left at the venue's will-call window in your name. You will receive specific instructions after you select your tickets.

Can I choose specific seats?
Sorry, no. We can give you a general idea of the section or rows where your seats will be located but,
because we are not a ticket broker, we are unable to give specific seat assignments. Seat assignments are usually done by the venue and are assigned in the chronological order in which the pledge was made. The sooner you pledge, the better your seats will be! Be sure to read each ticket's description to get a general idea of the sections or rows your seats will be located.
