What is a RSS Feed or Podcast?
RSS Feeds:
RSS feeds are free updated content sent to your computer via the Internet (RSS stands for Really Simple Syndication). The feeds usually contain headlines, article summaries, and links to full articles.
To subscribe to RSS feeds, you need to use something called a feed reader, or aggregator; there are dozens of feed readers available, and many are offered free of charge. Some readers are available as desktop software that you download and install on your computer. Others are Web-based readers that you can access on the Internet. Both Google and Yahoo offer directories of news readers. The reader you choose will have instructions for how to subscribe to RSS feeds. A few of the more popular readers are listed below.

PODCASTING:
Podcasting is a way to access audio or video files over the Internet using RSS feeds. These feeds deliver audio and video broadcasts to your computer. You can listen or watch the downloaded files on your computer or load them in to a MP3 player or Video iPod and take them with you.
How to subscribe:
You must copy the url from one of the podcast listed on the left.
The easy way to grab this URL is to right-click on the link itself (or control-click if you're on a Mac). In the menu that appears choose "Copy Link". Now you have the Podcast/RSS feed address in your copy/paste. Paste this address into your feed reader. You are now subscribed to one of our channel feeds.
iTunes users:
Click on the "Add to iTunes" button to launch iTunes. Then choose to subscribe to the channel or download the episode.
