Cellular Corporation of Alexandria, MN has announced plans to purchase a Pennsylvania
telecommunications company for $1.24 billion. The acquisition would effectively
double Rural Cellular's customer base and expand their business into five additional
states. Tonight, Augsburg College's Milda Hedblom will join us to talk about the
implications of the deal for rural cellular customers.
