Smoothie Fruit Drink

Start with the basic recipe then choose your favorite fruits for this nutritious accompaniment to cereal, bagels, of toast.


Ingredients:

BASIC RECIPE

  • 5 Ice Cubes
  • 1 Cup Plain Yogurt
  • 1 Cup Fruit Juice
  • 1/2 Banana
  • A handful of blueberries & strawberries or fruits of your choice

    Directions:

    Place all the ingredients in a blender, then mix for a few seconds until well-blended.

    Important Note: Adult supervision and participation is required for this activity.
