PAUL — Twin Cities Public Television (tpt) is pleased to announce the appointment of Claudia Cackler as the station’s Vice President of Philanthropic Funding. Ms. Cackler was previously the Acting Vice President of Philanthropic Funding at tpt and has now been named to the position permanently. Ms. Cackler oversees fund development including major gifts, Studio Society annual fund, planned giving, corporate and family foundations and special events. PAUL — Twin Cities Public Television (tpt) is pleased to announce the appointment of Allen Giles as the station’s new Vice President and General Counsel. Mr. Giles is a leader in both the American Bar Association and the Minnesota State Bar Association in the areas of public law and ethics. His previous position was as General Counsel for the Minneapolis School District, a position he held since 1999.
