Minnesota State University Mankato graduate students Josh Jans and Scott Winter captured some remarkable tornado footage Thursday in Southern Minnesota. We see the footage and talk to them live in our studios. Josh and Scott operate out of a state-of-the-science weather facility called WALTER (Weather Analysis Laboratory for Teaching and Educational Resources).
