Lawmakers adjourned Monday night without a budget agreement and the governor says he won't call a special session. A couple Capitol colleagues join Mary to take a look at the uprecedented conclusion of the session and we'll take a light-hearted look back at the sights and sounds of the 2009 version of the Minnesota Legislature.
