Learn More About The Dropout Crisis During American Graduate Day
America loses one out of four young people to the dropout crisis each year.
This Saturday starting at noon on tpt MN it's American Graduate Day -– a public media initiative to help students stay on the path to on-time high school graduation and future success.
American Graduate Day is an unprecedented full-day broadcast and outreach event dedicated to engaging our country around the dropout crisis with special celebrity guests, relevant spokespeople and compelling stories from the students themselves. The programs are meant to recognize and highlight the work community organizations are already doing to encourage students to stay in school.
As part of the day, you'll be encouraged to become an “American Graduate Champion” by offering time, donating resources, connecting with the organizations on social media or learning more about the crisis.
