2014 PBS KIDS Writers Contest Celebration

 writers contest

Join us on May 3rd at the Mall of America Rotunda to celebrate the hard work and talent of all our participating authors! WordGirl will make appearances, along with live music by the Bunny Clogs, storytelling by Auntie Beverly, a visit from local children's author Sarah Warren and more!

The Writers Contest Celebration is open to all family, teachers and friends of our young writers. See you at the Mall!

*If you sent a stamped return envelope with your child's story, it will be returned at a later date - not at the celebration. We will be handing out personalized certificates to all of our writers at the event, along with fun PBS Kids on TPT giveaways and a book drawing! Advance registration is not required, but encouraged.

The 2014 PBS Kids on tpt Writers Contest is now closed. Click here to read the winning stories!
